El festival era iniciado por el alcalde. Aqui con su esposa a su lado y con otros dignitarios pero mas importante su ahijado Alejando Amaya, Tijuana's top matador de toros.

The mayor's wife is a nice looking woman but she has a look in her eye, kind of like . . . "you take one more picture of me, gringo, and I'll have your cojones for breakfast."
