A salchichon is a big sausage, or a salami; a salchichoneria is literally a shop of big sausages (actually sausages, hams, smoked turkey, cheese, etc.), my favorite part of the supermarket and one of my favorite Spanish words. I love the taste and the sound, salchichoneria.
La salchichoneria es el luger en el super me gusta mas que todo. Me gusta la sonida de la palabra y el sabor de su producto.

I am the only aficionado who rides a bicycle to the bullfights in Tijuana but I am not a veggie bullfight fan.
