Winter storm damage/Dan~os de las tempestas de invierno

Of course winter storms damage the oceanfront every year. This year the new mayor seems determined to let the infrastructure of Tijuana disintegrate. From not paying the garbage collectors their wages and Christmas bonuses to not repairing the Malecon, the new municipal administration seems to only have money for "security." It seems a difficult lesson that a disintegrating infrastructure does not add to the security of a society.

Por cierto cada an~o las tomentas del invierno dan~aron cosas en la orilla del mar. Esto an~o el nuevo presidente municipal parece intento permitir la infrastructura de Tijuana desintegrar. No pagar los sueldos ni bonos de basureros, no componer el malecon, la administracion municipal nueva parece tener dinero para nada mas que "seguridad." Es dificil para el saber que la infrastructura desintegrando no ayuda a la seguridad de la sociedad.
