Gorditas are fat, stuffed tortillas. They can be stuffed with meat, chicken, beans, cheese, chiles, corn, cream, potatoes, and many other things. The best I have found are at this stand just north-east of the corner of Diaz Ordaz and Ermita norte.

Gorditas son gorda, rellena tortillas con carne, pollo, frijoles, queso, chiles, maiz, crema, papas y mucho mas. Lo mejor encontre' estan aqui al noreste de la esquina de Diaz Ordaz y Ermita norte.
